We also require a copy of your photo identification for identity verification purposes. Once these steps are completed, you are ready to schedule your intake visit with the medical provider.
*Completion of your intake forms and verifcation of your photo identification is required to schedule your intake visit. The quicker this step is completed, the quicker your visit will be scheduled. Next day visits are typically available!

You'll meet your provider through video using our HIPAA-compliant app to have a thorough evaluation of both your substance use and mental health. A care plan designed specifically for your needs and goals will be developed. This is typically a 40-60 minute visit.

You'll meet your provider through video using our HIPAA-compliant app to have a thorough evaluation of both your substance use and mental health. A care plan designed specifically for your needs and goals will be developed. This is typically a 40-60 minute visit.
During your first visit, also known as your induction visit, you will receive a one week prescription for medication. You will follow-up in one week for evaluation of your progress and tolerance to the medication.
Note: Residents in Kentucky are required to follow-up every week for the first month of treatment due to state regulations. Please see KY page for additional information on scheduling specific to the state.

If you and your medical provider decide medication is the appropriate treatment, your prescription is sent to your local pharmacy for pick up. Most people are able to get their prescription on the same day.
